The Color Rendering Index of the LED 3528 which compouds it is very high (= 90). The strip is also available with a CRI > 95 for an even better color precision.
Intesity variators, such as remotes or encased variators like any other light switch can adapt to the product ( Examples).
The strip is also available in warm white.
